Ladies Squad 2024

The Wiltshire Ladies County Squad is focused on building strength in depth. We welcome players off single figure handicaps ideally or reducing rapidly, of all age ranges. Don’t assume your competitive match days are behind you! The format for the year is based on building up a squad of 12 for the Inter County Match Week, played between Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucester and Somerset. Both singles and foursomes match play are included, so working out robust pairings and strong singles matchplay is the part of the focus when we train together. This year match week takes place at Perranporth GC, Cornwall 30 Jun -3 Jul.

Wilts Ladies are focussed on developing Squad, but there are still 1st and 2nd team fixtures due to the nature of the County League set up. These provide a great foundation to develop matchplay tactics, team building and developing the foursomes pairings for future events.
