Men's Seniors Team 2022

Latest Team Update

The Wiltshire over 55's men'sTeam plays in the Channel League against Glamorgan, Gwent, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Gloucestershire. The format is a 10 man team playing 9 holes scratch Foursomes in the morning and 10 , 18 hole scratch, singles in the afternoon. Currently under the stewardship of Kingsdown's Nigel Phillips the team are Channel league Champions having gone undefeated in 2021, and vanquishing a very strong Devon team in the final.

Our annual Senior County Championship will take place next year at Hamptworth GC on Thursday 13th July 2023 over 18 holes scratch strokeplay. There are also scratch and nett prizes in 4 age categories

Wiltshire also competes in the South West Counties Golf Associations Senior's Championship, over 36 holes of strokeplay (a qualifier for the English County Finals). The venue for 2022 was Bristol & Clifton GC and we are delighted to announce that we won!! Results can be found here  . The EG County Finals will be held at Rothley Park GC , Leicestershire between the 3rd and 6th October 2022
