Women Victorious at Sherborne

We are happy to report a wonderful day at Sherborne and a fantastic win for the Women's second team.

The course was in great condition and although the weather was variable in the afternoon the team played some great golf.

All the morning foresomes matches were won, and Wiltshire ended the day winning 6&1/2 vs 2& 1/2. 

Team were; Claire Smith, Lauren Hulsten (Wrag Barn), Lizzy Bryant (West Wilts), Tash Chapman (Marlborough), Alex Sadler (Tidworth Garrison) & Melissa Schroeder (Cumberwell Park, Capt)

Our Women's 1st team now move on to Inter County Match Week at Perranporth which starts on the 1st July. However, prior to that the biggest match of the year takes place a week earlier, also in Parranporth, where Claire and Lauren are getting married! Best wishes to both of them for a fantastic day, with fingers firmly crossed for the weather!
