New President and a New Year of Competitions
Wiltshire Golf Limited are enormously proud and delighted to welcome our new President, Gill Loughrey from Wrag Barn Golf Club.
Wiltshire Golf welcome Gill Loughrey, Wrag Barn Golf Club as your President for 2025-26 (Pictured here with Operations Director Scott Talbert at the recent AGM). Gill has been a member of Wrag Barn since it's opening in 1989 and played an integral part of the club's development. Her husband Barry being the first Club professional there, and both her sons Josh and Ben have represented Wiltshire and England on many occasions. Not to mention Gill herself representing the county countless times.
Gill's Vice President is High Post Golf Club and Wiltshire County 'stalwart' Roger Searle - who is literally steeped in Wiltshire county folklore! We are hugely excited about the years to come, especially this year with the Men's South West Championships being hosted at Cumberwell Park Golf Club (8th June - 13th June), and the Ladies South West Foursomes at Kingsdown Golf Club (6th October).
Everyone is awelcome to come along to either, or both events to watch and support the best players in the region tee it up.
